Lokma
Lokma is a Turkish grill and bar with restaurants in Bermondsey and Westfield Stratford, and plans to grow the group by franchise.
Overview
We built Lokma on WordPress with a dedicated page for each restaurant. Table bookings run through Dojo, set up separately by site, while delivery and collection run through Uber Eats, Deliveroo and click and collect. Party menus and drinks packages sit as PDFs the team updates itself.
Strategy
With two restaurants open and more planned, the first job was making sure each guest reaches the right one quickly and can book or order without friction. We built every location as its own self-contained set of pages, so opening the next Lokma is a repeatable job rather than a fresh build each time. The booking and ordering tools were kept to ones the team already knew, so nothing about the day to day got harder.
Impact
One website now runs both restaurants and is ready to take the next without a rebuild. In a single week, the site took 500 private dining covers, and guests reach the right location and book without calling ahead to check the basics.
